Hannah Jiles is giving ‘accountable kween’ this fall as she shares some thoughts after watching Love Is Blind season 7 for herself. For viewers, the hit dating show is pure entertainment, but for the cast members putting their hearts on the line on a global TV show, the reality show fame can take its toll.
Appearing on Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, this October, Hannah Jiles shares where she’s at after seeing herself on the reality TV show. She was cast as one of the participants on Love Is Blind season 7 where fans see her journey with Nick Dorka play out. They vibe in the pods, meet one another’s family and friends, and go on an epic honeymoon. But, Hannah’s Netflix fame didn’t come without a shed load of criticism from viewers.
Hannah’s Love Is Blind experience
As more episodes of Love Is Blind continue to air on Netflix this fall, Hannah catches up with Nick Viall and his The Viall Files team during the October 15 episode.
Speaking of her time on the show, she says: “It’s been a learning experience.”
Hannah begins by telling Nick: “It’s been fun,” but adds: “I’ve learned a lot.”
The Love Is Blind star explains she found “things she needs to work on” from watching episodes of the show back.
“I’m a very direct person,” she explains, “I know that, but I think my delivery is rough. And I’ve learned that delivery is everything.”
During filming, Hannah said she was “reflecting” on these thoughts, but adds: “But, when you see it, you’re like ‘good lord’, so I’ve learned just to be kinder and work on my delivery… be a little softer.”
She adds how she also learned what she “likes and doesn’t like.”
Netflix star calls herself out
At points of Love Is Blind season 7, fans said they were “cringing” watching Hannah and Nick on screen as she often made “snarky” comments.
During a serious conversation on the show, Hannah tells Nick she feels he “should know how to do more at 28 years old” and that it “frustrates” her.
Nick wasted no time in asking questions about what Hannah thought her partner on Love Is Blind was going to look like versus his real appearance.
When the two talked in the pods, she may have imagined them looking like Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s doppelgängers, but when it came to meeting Nick, she aired her thoughts on his appearance.
Hannah said: “He is so hot, I just had a different imagination in my mind… when I saw him it wasn’t even like… it was so shocking… even the littlest comments someone makes you have this picture in your mind.”
Calling herself out, she said: “I was just being so dramatic.”
