Andy Cohen is setting the record straight this fall when it comes to RHONJ rumors. The Bravo show host shuts down claims of one cast member making a ‘return’. As many fans will recall, the show came to an explosive end in season 14.
This summer, The Real Housewives of New Jersey made history as the show went without a “traditional” reunion. The Bravo show’s cast members were on such bad terms with one another that the reunion was scrapped and a different style of finale took place.
Andy Cohen debunks RHONJ cast rumor
Since The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 wrapped in June, all kinds of rumors have swirled regarding the show’s future.
A ‘reboot’, along the same lines as RHONY’s, has been talked about, as well as the idea of some cast members being axed and others remaining.
Whatever rumors are flying around, Andy Cohen takes to SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live this October to set the record straight.
Andy’s co-host, John Hill, asks: “I saw a report that Teresa, Jen, and Dolores are set to return for Housewives New Jersey season 15. Is this true?”
A super surprised Andy replies: “What? A report where?”
John reads a report from Real Housewives Zone, clarifying: “An insider revealed,” but Andy asks: “What? No, but where did they get it?… No. It’s not happening.”
Andy addresses Jen specifically
As Andy explains, “no decisions on The Real Housewives of New Jersey have been made,” John suggests maybe people “jumped to conclusions.”
John says: “Well, I guess they appeared in a photo together…” and Andy fires back: “They appeared in a photo together? Well, I mean, I was in a photo with freaking Madonna.”
Jennifer Aydin reportedly “confirmed that she’ll be returning doing an Instagram Live over the weekend,” adds John.
Totally perplexed, Andy asks: “What? Jennifer Aydin confirmed that she’s returning?”
The radio show host doubles down on his efforts to confirm there’s still no official cast list for RHONJ season 15: “No, no, no. We’ve done nothing thing. We’ve done absolutely, I mean, well, no. Actually, we’ve done plenty, but that’s not, that’s not, no.”
Speaking of Jen, Andy adds: “I wish her well… Yeah. I think, wait until Bravo or I says something. How about that?”
Five days ago, a fan took to one of Jen’s Instagram posts to write: “Glad you’ll be back.”
The Real Housewives star replied with a kissing face emoji, neither denying or confirming “she’ll be back” on RHONJ.
