The clips of Timothée and Kylie Jenner at the tennis together have been playing on my mind non-stop, especially since he seems very locked in on the game, whilst she seems very focused on him.
There’s been a lot of speculation over what their body language shows about their relationship, but expert Blanca Cobb has confirmed that something is off in their relationship.

Talking to Her Campus, Blanca revealed what Timothée and Kylie Jenner’s tennis PDA really means.
She explained: “All eyes are on Kylie and Timothée, but while many say they’re all about the PDA, it’s actually pretty one-sided. Kylie is the one initiating the touch. Timothée doesn’t seem to mind—he’s not pulling away—but he’s not exactly reciprocating either.”
She continued: “At one point, she rests her right arm on him, gently cups his face with both hands and leans in for a kiss. He accepts it but doesn’t turn toward her, barely meeting her gaze.
“There’s a mismatch in the moment — Kylie is smiling as she kisses him, while he looks distracted, his focus lingering on the tennis court.
“Afterward, she continues the interaction, lightly rubbing his chest and midsection with her hand. He smiles, grabs his drink, and readjusts in his chair, but he leans back instead of in — relaxed, but distant.”
Blanca’s comment could look like there’s trouble in paradise for the couple, despite rumours of an imminent engagement between the pair, according to an expert lip reader, their conversation was anything but distant.
According to Nicola Hickling, Timothée appears to tell Kylie during the tennis match: “We are making love.” Kylie kisses him and says: “Like all day.”
Timothée tells Kylie, “I love you,” before Kylie replies: “Hey, I love you too sweetie.” Timothée appears to playfully mimic crying, repeating, “Boo boo boo, I’m hurt,” in a light-hearted, exaggerated tone.
Nicola says the expression and delivery suggest he’s teasing Kylie and “possibly dramatising the moment for affection or humor.”
She adds: “Kylie, in response, places her hand on his tummy and chest, gently rubbing him in a comforting manner, reinforcing the intimate and playful nature of their exchange.”
