There have been rumours flying around lately that Sara and Joey might be secretly dating following Love Is Blind, and now Sara has broken her silence on those rumours.
Sara appeared on The Viall Files earlier today, where Nick asked her: “There’s some speculation you might be hanging out with Joey?”
She responded: “To be clear, me and Joey are not dating but to give some context. There was a love square between me, Monica, Ben and Joey, and we were all talking to each other until the second to last day in the pods.
“So, naturally in that situation, in that circumstance, you do connect with people and I do feel like me and Joey established a really great friendship.
“But, honestly, I didn’t really even talk to him until around five months after filming was over, and him and five other people visited me in Nashville, and it was such a good time, it was all from cast.”
She continued: “And we grew really, really close with each other just because, you know, the support for each other, knowing what we’ve all been through and being able to just be there for each other is super important to me.
“Overall, this whole situation, I feel close with Joey and I’m fond of our relationship, and I feel very grateful I met him.
“But yeah, we definitely have a friendship. But we’re definitely not dating.”
When Love Is Blind star Sara was asked by Nick whether she can confirm she and Joey”definitely” won’t be dating in the future, she responded: “I don’t know what the future holds, but for right now, I have no capacity to even think about a relationship.”
