Yun Ga-min Welcomes New Members, After an Intense Saviour Moment – Enter Dairysia

Study Group Episode 3 review brings you a look into the happenings of the latest episode of the show as Ga-min faces another opponent while welcoming a new member to the group. While he faces off his new opponents, Han-gyeong has a little face-off with Han-ul as she tries to defend the students he looks down on.

The series has 10 episodes which will be released from 23 January 2025 to 20 February 2025.

Study Group Episode 3 Recap

The episode starts with Han-gyeong calling for Han-ul for a meeting regarding a student. Meanwhile, Ga-min and Se-hyun go looking for the new applicant who applied for their group. However, they witness their new member Ji-u facing bullying in class and Ga-min is not ready to let the new member face these adversities by herself. This has him caught with the member of the disciplinary committee- Gyu-jin.

While the situation doesn’t escalate into a fight immediately in class as Gyu-jin has to leave for duties, Se-hyun later tells Ga-min of the troubles he would get into for going against the disciplinary committee. Ga-min is not scared of what is to come ahead as he is only protecting their new member. Right then, Ji-u’s friend- Choi Hui-won arrives and reveals to them that she is the one who applied for Ji-u as she doesn’t want her friend to be alone after she moves from this school.

She tells them how Ji-u protected her when she was being bullied after arriving at this school and they wonder if that’s why Ji-u is being bullied. Hui-won tells them that it’s not true. Instead, it is because Ji-u’s brother was caught in a robbery when working for Han-ul after which he went to Gyu-jin to borrow money. Gyu-jin took this chance to record him stealing from an ATM and blackmail the two siblings because of which Ji-u is doing nothing against the bullying she is facing.

She then pleads for the two to help her get the recording from the disciplinary committee room so that Ji-u can break free from them. Ga-min is moved by this story and joins her in pleading to Se-hyun who gives the green signal. Later, Gyu-jin is seen beating up some committee members who try to see the video after which he tells them that they can see it soon as he is going to upload it on the internet. Ga-min, who is hiding in the closet hears this and rushes out to get the pen drive before the video is uploaded.

A brawl erupts as Ga-min finally gets the pen drive and tries to leave, only for more members to join and hold him down. Meanwhile, Gyu-jin gets up and tells them that he has already got the video on the computer and begins uploading it. Meanwhile, Se-hyun and Hui-won worry for Ga-min and begin looking for ways to help him when Ji-u walks into them. After finding out what is happening, she heads to help Ga-min when a sudden noise pulls their attention.

Ga-min has taken the CPU of the computer and is running away with it. He throws it to Se-hyun and tells him to run away with it while he holds down Gyu-min’s people. Se-hyun picks up the CPU and does as said, finally reaching the terrace where Gyu-jin has followed him. With no options left in front of him, he throws the CPU from the rooftop and braces himself for what is to come. Right then, Ji-u arrives and gives Gyu-jin a good fight, taking down all the frustration she has felt while being bullied by him.

Meanwhile, Ga-min is being taken away by a teacher when he sees the pen drive has fallen from his pocket and shouts to Hui-won to pick it up. However, another bully who targets Ji-u and Hui-won picks it up before her but this time, Hui-won stands up for her friend and takes it back. Things soon seem to get settled down but right then, Ji-u’s brother Lee Hyeon-u arrives and tries to stab Gyu-jin for deceiving him when Han-gyeong arrives and stops him in time.

All this time, Han-gyeong had been talking with Han-ul asking him about Hyeon-u and telling him to not look down on people. However, what she didn’t know was that Han-ul was the one behind the chaos between Hyeon-u and Gyu-jin. He instigated Gyu-jin to blackmail Hyeon-u after which he also handed Hyeon-u a knife to attack Gyu-jin after revealing to him what Gyu-jin did.

But Han-gyeong doesn’t let things go his way and stops Hyeon-u from committing a crime. Later in the hospital, Han-gyeong welcomes the new members of the study group- Ji-u and also Hui-won who decided to not change schools. Soon, things begin to look better for the study group but this case with Gyu-jin has caught the eye of the seniors who now come for Ga-min. Promising to stop anyone from entering the study group, he instigates Ga-min into fighting with him only to soon get knocked out.

Study Group Episode 3 Review

The episodes are surely progressing well with just the same amount of entertainment and comedy that we got last week. While things are slowly getting tense, Ga-min’s personality and little moments of blockheadedness only bring light to this atmosphere. This brings an overall balance in the nature of the show, pulling viewers’ attention while also keeping them hooked all the way until the end. Meanwhile, the actors are keeping us all the more pleased with their wonderful performance and I’m only looking forward to what more is going to be delivered soon.
